This man was a true American.

When a society no longer respects and honors the fighting men willing to shed their blood for its principles, the fault lies not with the fighting men but with society itself. Ingratitude is a subtle vice, but a vice nevertheless. Saint Thomas Aquinas says that a debt of gratitude is a moral debt required by virtue. In recent decades, the American view of moral justice has been sadly lacking.

Fr. Jenkins at March for Life Shows No Mercy for 88 Pro-Lifers

Over 19,500 students and parents wrote to Fr. Jenkins of Notre Dame, asking him to drop the charges leveled against 88 pro-lifers who entered campus when Obama was there. Although he attended the annual March for Life on Jan. 22, he has not interceded on behalf of these 88 peaceful pro-lifers who face jail time for praying on ND's campus.
