Same-Sex "Marriage" Class at Seton Hall

Gay Marriage Course Controversy at Seton Hall (National Review)

Apparently, classes on "The Politics of Gay Marriage" commenced at Seton Hall University, a Catholic diocesan university. Although the local bishop spoke out against it, the course seems to have started yesterday. Thus far, university officials are being rather secretive about divulging any information on this topic.

Georgetown Employees Lead the Way Against Natural Marriage, Catholic Teaching

"Mutiny" is the word representatives of the so-called Catholics for Equality use to explain their offensive against Catholic teaching on homosexuality and Natural Law. It looks like this group is preparing to subvert Church teaching, especially on Catholic university campuses.

Guess where the group found dissident Catholics to oppose God's Law?
Answer: Georgetown University.

Hopefully the U.S. Catholic Bishops will respond promptly before more souls are led astray.

Catholic Professor Unfired After Huge Protest -- 10,700 TFP Student Action members protested

Peaceful protest achieves yet another victory

According to a July 29 press report by the Alliance Defense Fund, the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana confirmed that it will once again allow Dr. Kenneth Howell to teach on Catholicism after recently firing him for explaining Catholic moral doctrine to members of his class.

“I have been offered to teach one course in the Fall and to be paid directly by the University,” wrote Dr. Howell. “I would like to thank you all for the support you have offered me during this difficult time. Our family has been greatly encouraged by the concern and prayers of so many people. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you.”
